A Potter in the Garden, a Family BBQ and a Country Walk ...

Hello there! Many "Thanks" for your comments on my last post. After our overnight stay in the Cotswolds we travelled down to Devon. We had only been away a few weeks but how quickly the plants in the garden seemed to have grown. The cockerel that I'd purchased at the Garden Centre in Colyton had almost disappeared amongst the greenery.

The cornflowers had opened.

The geraniums had trebled in size and were all in bud. The blue kettle purchased in Bridport last year had also all but vanished.

The Buddha was also being smothered.

And the gnome had all but disappeared.

Next doors broken fence allows us to see more of the Devon countryside. I hope it's not repaired.

I couldn't have a garden without any cats in it!

On the Sunday we went to a family BBQ. KP with her cousins.

After returning from the BBQ we took the dogs for a walk.

George has twice if not three times the amount of exercise than Charlie as George loves nothing better than to chase balls. Charlie would rather just plod along. He has no interest whatsoever in balls or dog toys.

And in no time at all we were back home.

It was my Birthday today. I attended my Photography Class and everyone sang Happy Birthday as I entered the classroom which surprised and delighted me.

Until next time,

June.
