Animals Do The Strangest Things!

Hello! Just had to share this moment with you! Just went into the utility room and our greedy cat Poppy, was sitting near to the food bowls fast asleep whilst sitting! She wants to make sure that no-one else gets anywhere near the bowls apart from her!

I quickly rushed to get the camera so that I could capture that moment!
Shortly after she heard the click of the camera she opened her eyes and looked directly at the surface near to the sink where I feed her as if to say "Stop dallying woman. Come and feed me!"

When I ignored the request she turned around. The look on her face, I'm sure she's thinking,  "Well what are we waiting for - get that Whiskas pouch out and now would be good!"

Shortly after this episode I went to the lounge to discover that the dog had decided to use my cardigan as its pillow! "Well, you had folded it up so nicely into a pillow shape. It would be a shame not to use it as such!"

Yesterday morning I came downstairs and was greeted by a dead mouse on the rug in the hallway. Ugh!
Archie I fear is the culprit.

"Did someone say that there was a mouse in the house and they think I was responsible. Oh, get away with you! Look I've been fast asleep - honest!"

Poppy has now moved to the hallway - she's under starters orders to be the first to the food bowls when the woman of the house gets it in her mind to place some food in them!

I'm all excited about tomorrow. I have booked tickets to the Tracey Emin Exhibition! I can't wait!

Until next time.

June.

Your dog looks so sweet lying on your cardi, and Archie looks completely innocent of course!
Hope you have a wonderful time at the exhibition - bound to be thought provoking and interesting - I shall look forward to your post about it!
